The literature also covers matters of professionalism with specific reference to the Swedish experience. For instance, this literature provides details on the kind of working relationship that takes place b etween the enrolled nurses and the registered nurses (Nilson, Campbell & Anderson, 2008). It might be argued that literature on the matters that affect the relationship between the registered nurses and enrolled nurses is meant to highlight some of the specific factors that lead to misconceptions about the manifestation of this working relationship within the context of night duty.
